Not to be a fencesitter, but I think short term the changes in the top will be viewed as a negative, by the market.

If you give the benefit of the doubt to the majority here who think it is  a good thing, then hopefully by the 10k it will become apparent that is the case.

Because there is such tremndous speculation due to resignations I have to wonder why the company could not release a pr stating "PTSC reports record income of over XX million dollars through settlements and licesing fees" "New COB and CEO in process of meeting established goals" "Report expected to be filed 4/9/08"

That would not breach NDA details and would CLEARLY establish the fact of the matter. Just an idea.
