We wait months for good news (April 10Q) and this Drama has to take place now. Why is that? If Swartz was behind this wouldn't he like the S/P to run in April and then sell? Wouldn't he had waited till after then to get rid of Turley. I think it is more of incompetance  than anything else. We need to get rid of the dead wood before they bring us down with them. I think we need a letter from the board to explain to us, the owners of the company, what there decision is based on. I am tired of being in the dark all the time, business as usual (or unusal)We need clarity so we can make the decision we have to make. Enough is enough. If the info Ron obtained is correct, 57 mil s/p, then we have more pull than Swartz. We need some say on this board. Someone we can trust like Brian, perhaps. I have no trust that 1) the current board can perform adequately, or 2) that they have our best interest at heart.
