To me one of the more perplexing issues surrounding the abrupt departure is why now?  JT sat on the BOD for almost a year before assuming the helm.  When your talking about a company this size there's a very different intimacy level between employees.  I find it very hard to believe that it took a few months of JT running the show for other individuals to realize he wasn't the right person.  They would've been better off leaving Mr. Pohl in the drivers seat projecting an of stability.  What dynamics changed in such a short time that it was deemed necessary for him to go now?  I don't by the fact that he wasn't producing, hell they worked with guy long before he was "running" the show.  He may not have been the individual that wanted initially so again I say, Pohl should have stayed.  The OTC is brutal on it's own, you sure don't need the company creating it's on internal kaos.
