In my opinion Turley resigned or was asked to resign (it doesn't matter which!) so that Goearner could have a clean slate to move forward with. Simple as that.  I am not reading all sorts of clandestine scenarios into this reshuffle.  Turley was obviously a placeholder from the beginning and this new guy has more hands-on experience in growing or transitioning a company through M&A.  Lighten-up folks.  Not much has changed here and in my opinion the change signals real movement in a positive growth direction.  Sell & Move on if any of the recent developments are "disturbing" or "of major concern" blah blah blah.....  Again- very simple.
