Wallin was responsible for denying/delaying an earlier merger of the MMP ownership (by ~ 3 yrs). And IMO therefore prevented us from currently being deep into licensing the MMP for big bucks.. As I have posted before, our OS would would be substantially less, Swartz would have had significantly fewer warrants/shares to unload, PTO would be behind us already, and we would not have had to deal with 'Patent Reform' at such a critical time.
Everybody seems to think TPL offered us $7.5M and nothing else... When it very may have been $7.5M and 50% royalty sharing, as we have... and if it wasn't 50%, it more than likely would have been with any modicum of negotiation.
