The feel I get from the board is:

We like the CEO change and want him to have his shot at getting PTSC in a position to move forward as a viable operating company in the traditional sense while...........we don't really have much trust on the remaining BOD that appears to have manufactored this leadership change while for some of us........the connection with Swartz, via Johnson is to is to sell shares and reduce the position while posturing a takeover for TPL........
