ya, well manor was rite... he up-n-moved whole fam-damnly out there, then something happened; imho he got wind of many more NDAs coming down the road and decided it wasn't worth it and resigned or was pushed out. IMO He's a man to tell what's going on, not one to be shackled.

Who knows - just doesn't sit well with me... but it's water under the bridge now.

I kinda like that Allyans/ptsc merger idea, and B-lun's r/s forward-split theory - never really thought of that.
