thier has been lots of M&A talk from the company we have been waiting for news on this item... My guess is that the company has made progress in this area and are about to get news..(this is all specualtion).. The street(mutual funds Instututional investors) looks @ Management of a company before investing... my guess is the board has taken advice from the M&A people they have contracted...

Negative spin..

The recent M&A activites have failed... Turley has had much pressure and has made no head way no accomplishments....

After the J3 settelemnt I stated two ITEMS I thought where very true(and I think those items where verified by our stock price(but still lower then I thought)....)

The street will need to know the value of the settelments before our stock will progresss...

Since the J3 setteled PTSC is still @ the begining... much more to come....

Now going forward.. It still rings true,,, WE NEED TO KNOW THE VALUE OF THE SETTELMENTS.... If this is gray we will not move.... if they are not @ least 2 or 3 times higher then the first J2 settelements... we will not move to the hieghts we believe possible....
