For the sake of discussion, the stragety of an RS would be different from a 2/1 as opposed to a 10/1 (for example). The larger holders could still do business as usual on a 2/1 IMO (where smaller holders would be further stifled) where a 10/1 would have a marketly different effect on the larger holders......The numbers are subjective and extreme that I'm presenting but the idea is in an RS scenario, that all holders are impacted more equally across the board in relation to their holdings and stragety IMO.......Further, what would be more of a SP impact, a 2/1 going to .80 (where Swartz could still pummel it down to .40) or a 10/1 going to $4.00 with say Swartz going from 24 million to 2.4 million, an outstanding going from 400 million to 200 million in a 2/1 or an outstanding going from 400 million to 40 million in a 10/1?.....Just random thoughts to throw out......
