I am certainly not a R/S advocate, nor expert.. IMO the stigma associated with them is/would be very difficult to overcome.. even more so for PTSC at this point in time. That being said, IMO there would be no reason to R/S unless it got us positioned to move to a diff exchange... perhaps associated with a merger as has been discussed here previously. Once many or all of our unknowns have been favorably resolved: mostly the PTO Reexams, the 584 Appeal, consistant/elevated MMP fees .. then perhaps a R/S of 2or3:1 would probably be all that is needed.. if at all.

I would love for us to only have 100 or 200M OS.. but not thru an ill-timed R/S
