I agree to most of your comments. IMO, the 584 was "damaged" hard by the rejections and the MH. However, we "saw" TPL's efforts and the response which took awhile, so I am not sure to write off the 584 such easily. It's a key-patent in case of ARM and can also generate $ xx mio. within the MMP. So TPL stays insistent to secure the 584 asit makes sense. Maybe they've put the patent on another basis.
