You said PTSC needs to clean up it's books...Dude we are SOX compliant, what do you want? Remember we are "clean as a whistle"!

As far as Schwartz is concerned he is a large shareholder, nothing more.

Now I am not against you thought of Intellasys or even Alliasense in the reverse, that makes "sense"
