Chuck Moore and Russell Fish sold these patents to a company called Nanotronics long ago in a galaxy far far away, then Helmut Falk sr bought Nano for a little company called Patriot Scientific.

I know what it says on the patents themselves but there are contracts in place that PTSC and TPL are the effective "owners"
