yes I read the same last night...  just to make clear the trial was put on hold before the non final ruling.... It also seemed that thier was no markman yet,,, Which I believe puts us at a great advantage... the reviewer is to also use the Markman ruling as data in making his descision...(PTO and Courts want to avoid disagreements....not to mean it wont happen...)
