Each of their patents have had a high % of claims rejected. 3 patents with 25 of 66 claims...23 of 29 claims and 14 of 29 claims rejected. Also trial now on hold.

I think our situation is far better, but it certainly should prove to everyone that, when in these situations, nomatter what exchange you're on or what management says or does, your stock is a very tough sell.
