we should all read our posts a second and third time before hitting the submit button with an eye toward thinking "am I being belittling or condescending" with this post. It is a shame people of normally good character and expertise can't share thoughts without seemingly trying to offend or belittle someone else. For the record, this post is aimed at no one in particular but rather to the overall tenor of the board lately. Great bunch of folks here - let's act like it. JMHO      Kirk
