L2 ask .395 vs bid .38

Right now UBSS is alone on the ask at .395

UBSS had the ask jumped from .385 to .39 back to .385 to finish a fill and now up to .395

Bid staying the same...... Someone has to push the bid up here as the spread is nice for UBSS .015

Another MM way may jump and move the ask down..since the spread is larger...as they could cover by getting on the bid.........
