Yes. SBSH is sitting with 3 other guys on the BID. That means whenever any Joe Trader sells his shares... there are 3 different MMs those shares could go to.

SBSH moved up the BID to .3811 for a few secounds and came back down..... perhaps he was pushing for someone to follow... perhaps pushing to see if Joe Blow trader would sell...any orders coming through. ( No orders went through).

SBSH was not on the ASK... so he didnt lower the price.

If SBSH wanted to lower the price..... they would be on the ask and move off the bid.... they are doing the opposite....
