Lamberts, with all due respect, first the market views things in a forward sense. Second, Forgent was a company signing companies, and involved in litigation until their patents were declared invalid. So to tell me the USTPO decision won't have that much bearing is IMO wrong. The USTPO decision forced Forgent to cease any further litigation for those patents.......
