I don't believe the company is prevented from disclosing info until April, I beleive the are prevented from disclosing info until they file their 10Q.  They have UNTIL April 9th to do that, but there is nothing other than the work to get the filing done that would prevent them from filing it any day from now until the 9th as far as we know.  They've mentioned April in their comments, IMO, only because historically, PTSC has taken full use of the time allowed for filing, rather than filing earlier in the alloted time frame.
