It's no doubt, that we face a very, very strange situation with a company with no debt, much money in the bank and more money to come etc. - and a disastrous shareprice.
And it's no doubt, that the company wants us to believe, April 9th will be a big day.
Hm...as I pointed out a several times, I am not happy with this permanent repeating of the "April 9th will show the numbers"-mantra.
Even if it is hard to imagine (and I truely hope to be wrong), but there is a possibility, that April 9th is NOT the positive day, we are all hoping for.
Assumption 0 (!)
There is a plan in effect since 2005/2006.
Assumption 1
The company is doing nothing to promote itself because of a reason
Assumption 2
The company is not interested in a higher shareprice until a certain point of time
Assumption 3
There is a trading pattern similiar to last year's trading activity during the definition of the pricing months for the warrants buyback (July until September 2006)
Assumption 4
The April numbers will be great and will be SHOWN (!).
The conclusion from all this is simple - it's digital:
1 = the numbers are great and PTSC will show the numbers, HENCE the shareprice is free to rise
0 = the numbers are hidden (I do and cannot believe, the numbers were not good), the market is disappointed and the shareprice won't rise, maybe fall further.
Why?
Well, the simple explaination is: if there is an agreement (we don't know) responsible for the current trading and price pattern and it's not over at April 9th, but maybe on May 31st, there is NO reason to stop this "hide the numbers and current development-game".
As I said before, I hope, I'm wrong, but my gut tells me something different...
