Thanks gc for the analysis. I agree BDev guy is NOT responsible for 'infrastructure'.....that's an Operations guy..........and they won't need that til they do an acquisition. They get one chance to do this right, once it's done and done wrong.......millions will be squandered.

As I have in mind a company in CA they can buy and a BusDev VP with great experience in San Diego(also an atty)...............does anyone have Goerner's email?
