There's the rub, IMO, and why I strongly believed that PTSC, the corporate entity, could continue to buy. "For the company's profit". Who owns the company? And thus, who would be damaged? People not involved with this stock? Who would benefit? 20,000 Investors in PTSC who have an expectation of benefitting from the investment? Rules of non-disclosure and insider trading talk of "personally benefit", not "corporate benefit" per my recollection.

But, alas, beyond the poorly done response received from Hawk, the company/JT did subsequently come out and say thet PTSC is prohibited from buying. A shame, IMO.
