My fundamental feelings are that we (by ``we``, PTSC and B&O) spent assumably well over a year in preparation, so that preparation would have given us an even chance and maybe some leverage in going head to head on this issue.
B&O has undoubtedly faced foes of superior caliber before, so they should be well versed in a myriad of pitfalls that could have presented themselves. I still contend they should have looked at every conceivable scenario, and been able to bring in consultants to assist in preparation and risk avoidance and and if weak in an area, shore it up. They`re seasoned pros, they should know how to prep.
I was prepared to see a split on the ruling, but we were spanked on both counts. The cost was eroded share price through dilution and more importantly, time, so we have paid a dear price for the priviledge of this shut down before we even got out of the gate.
I`m still here to the bitter end. I have my base covered, but I`ll tell you, when I saw the SP hit the low low end of .07, a part of me was thinking of just going back in to grab back the 100K I sold off just over .09.
I don`t think they`re done, but the question I have, is how big the overall price will be in additional time spent to get back in the hunt?
Good night Gentlemen.
