IMHO, and take it for what its worth, a possible scenario for a depressed stock price may be that an institution is getting PTSC off the books. If you look at RB`s I-Watch http://thomson.finance.lycos.com/lycos/iwatch/cgi-bin/iw_ticker?t=PTSC&mgp=20050316&x=5&y=12&i=3&hdate=20050316

you see that 5% of yesterday`s volume was ``institutional``. I`m not familiar with the rules, but it may be that companies that purchased the stock after Dec 30 are trying to get out prior to Mar 31 (when they have to declare their quarterly positions). Naturally the market would not be kind to these folks.
