Agree..... AND 1)SO... they are going for option 1---looking for new attorneys and will go again?! 2) in lieu of the fact that AMD is NOT using our IP and just got in to ``insulate`` themselves .... what value does the ``AMD thing`` really do for us? I keep reading about how they ``make us legimate`` (or words to that effect)... well... if we lose in our nexr at bat, wouldnt they abandon ship?!
