I had this idea at the end of December 2007, that one of the settlement aggreements for the J3s might have been to purchase shares over a given time frame ("pricing period"!!) - and then hand it over to PTSC.

I know, this sounds still crazy (in terms of SEC regulations), but would love, if this phrase would be THE HINT in Matsushita's filing...
