I think because this went so far down the road to litigation, and there was so much discovery along the way, that the NDA is in large part meant to protect each of the entities from the other so that possible sensitive and proprietary information that might have been gleaned through the process remains secret.
I think the NDA covers more than the issue of the numbers and those are simply a by product of the confidentiality that the J's CAN'T keep confidential because of PTSC's requirements to disclose financial information per SEC rules. I would suspect, that aside from the disclosure of the overall financial aspects of the deal (I expect those to be lumped in with all the other deals - at best we'll get a month by month breakdown like we have in prevous quarters), all other aspects of the NDA will remain in effect in perpetuity.
This seems logical to me and is emphasized so much beacuse of the legal aspects of these licenses, but in reality, I suspect there are NDA's with EACH of the licenses signed, it's just that no one has paid that much attention to it in the past, IMO. Based on your experiences, do you think that this is likely?
