Im thinking the NDA was valid for the 3rd quarter. Since the quarter ended...and the numbers are known by all BOD...except maybe the CEO.... the CEO knows the signings of the 4th quarter.......

I think thats why we also saw that Forum 4 the other day. It proved that Rick had 0 shares for the 3rd quarter...

This is my guess...
