Following your logic (and NO I did not see the NDA)..

IF all the BOD resigned like Turley and Pohl and we had a whole new board and CEO, the no one would know the details????

Again I ask are you kidding??? A CEO who does not know what agreements his company has contracted?

IMO the NDA never expires, the only thing we will know is the $$$ required by SEC regs that have top be reported in the 10q. The pr essentially said that. That is projected to be filed and made public on or about 4/9. Nothing else will be revealed.
