I tend to agree.

Just like Beatie, IMHO they went for broke. I think there was some bluffing Patriot did in regards to the financing aspects when the AMD agreement was announced. I`d bet they had the mindset of being home free.

Tapdance mode?

This may all be a good thing: it may force a strategy to finally resolve this quickly - It may not be to everyone`s satisfaction, but I`m beginning to think Patriot needs to look at some hard issues - the longer we string this out with more dilution and the IP being split, the grasp on any residual leverage we have, weakens.

IMHO.

(C`mon Patriot, prove me wrong.)
