who have knowledge of the terms of settlement are restricted from trading in PTSC shares

Rick is an ITERIM CEO..that came to PTSC 2-3 months after the settlement. He has no knwlegde of the settlement. He is not acting on insider information.

He bought the shares 2-3 business days upon starting with PTSC. I seriously doubt. Flowers or anyone on the board just gave Rick the information....
