as you probably are referring to my post mentioning the end of the Approval Agreement at 05/31/08, here's my answer:

I have read your post "Swartz & you at the last SHM speaking about him not having any rights anymore" from the first time you posted it and I acknowledged it as a "possible fact" for myself at that time.

But as long as legal agreements remain in effect and are NOT cancelled I prefer to base my assumption on the official available information.

This does in NOY WAY mean, that I would doubt about what Swartz said to you, but especially with this company I "forced" myself to believe only, what can be found in written and official agreements/announcements/etc.. 

Nevertheless I'm hoping that Swartz follows, what he was telling you and May 31st or June 1st doesn't make a difference for PTSC.
