Again for those who did not read my two other posts:

Eric Swartz told my husband and I at the last SHM in October that he

had NO say in any M&A actiivities since PTSC bought back all his remaining

warrants in OCTOBER of 2007. It's DONE people he doesn't STILL have until

May 31st. Eric was VERY clear about this!!!!

Eric looked at me as though I was stupid to even ask him that question and

he was very FIRM about his NOT having any SAY anymore.

I've posted this several times but folks still think he's got until May 31st.

My husband said to let it go, but it irks me that many here do not want to

listen to what Eric told Dave and I directly. We were standing at the buffet

table getting our lunches when we spoke to him.

So please stop saying that he still has a say in our companies M&A activities

until May 31st or call Eric and ask him as Dave and I did!!

I seriously do not think Rick Goerner would have signed on if

that agreement was still in place.

The above is FACT not speculation.
