Lets not jump to any conclusions.

It takes some time to find the correct lawyer - if we were 6-8 weeks along and Patriot doesn`t have something lined up, then I`d sweat a bit. Not yet - it takes time to ID candidates of the high caliber and specialization PTSC needs. Then assume scheduling, travel, interview, offers/proposals on financial consideration, etc....

If nothing has been ID`ed by the SHM, I expect they would be willing to speak to being in finalization with one or two concerns.
