I'm not disputing your response but I am disputing what was said in the response.

How in the heck can a new CEO not know of the NDA... after all he had to have been informed the amount all of the settlements before he took the job...I'll never believe that he was not told of all the good things that PTSC had going on and strong they were or about to be financially.No one take a position like that unless he knows of the financials and quarterly earnings....If he really didn't know then I'm not 100% sure he is the right man for the job.All he had to do was read the new releases for the last 3 mos.Everyone on the board knows about the NDA in detail and we are just the average share holder.
