From my comment I meant that he directed the trust to purchase the shares, not that the shares are held in his name. Otherwise, how do you explain this wording from Rick:

"Truthfully, I made the purchase to "put my money where my mouth is". Now that I am aware of this, I am not permitted to purchase any more until after the release in April."
