We need three things to happen and then we will see MM tuck there tails and leave us the hell alone.

 1. Earnings over $60,000,000.

 2. A favorable ruling for the USTPO

 3. At least 4 more signings before the numbers are released.

 I think if all three are announced within a three day period ( hopefully on Apr 7, 8 and 9) then we might get the attention from the market to run the MM's off and climb several dollars $2.50-$4.00 range.
