Is 45 days a common extension period? Seems like the 45 days allows the Ts enough time to digest the PTSC qtrly numbers and reconsider the position they have taken long before the response is due. I would think that the TPL response would not be all that complicated. Yes your products do infringe, and no we are not asking too much for a license. Blah, blah, blah. Why would TPL need the additional time for the response? Seems pretty obvious what the extension of time is for. IMHO Opty
