Attorneys and Venue...

I find it very curious we have not asked that the T3 suit be moved to EDOT, and that apparently we are not using TT&C as counsel. Could it be our side views this as procedural or minor, and likely to be resolved out of court soon? Thoughts, comments welcome. GLTAL
