It is my understanding that the Co. can not buy back at this time b/c of the NDA. There has been speculation that Swartz made an agreement with the BOD to be completely out by X date----we or I hope that it is by the Q. IMHO, RG is moving quickly. He had meetings with TPL and others during his first week--hope he has made some good deal with ES. GL, ads
