I doubt they could release early as their own self imposed insider trading halt expires the 9th. ( I could be mistaken as to this blackout date )

My point is simple though. It won't be released until the 'insiders' are allowed to buy/sell.

Going forward, I would like them to not cut it so close. But it's common practice for nearly every company to announce a date and stick to it.
