No need to analyze this thing to death and try to find something wrong, all the arrows are pointing to big things ahead. IMHO it is not a question of "if" only a question of "when".

Patriot has been clearly stating their focus on a solid M&A for a long time and now they have suffiient funds to make that a reality and I expect the April numbers will further confirm that we have the ability to make it a substantial M&A as opposed to a token M&A. With a substantial M&A comes an immediate NASDQ listing, an ongoing tangible business operation and continued license revenue to fund that operation. What do you think that will do to the share price???

Patriot is not just talking the talk. They have brought in experienced, connected guys like Goerner and Bibeau and even made the effort to revamp their website. Not just business as usual anymore. I am not saying Bibeau gets all the credit but Microsemi did go from $5 a share to $30 a share since 2003.

The latest developments and actions taken by Patriot clearly evince a company that is planning for, and expecting, big changes comming relatively soon. The writing is on the wall - just read it!

Anyway glad to see most of the bashing is gone from the board. We are all in the same boat so we should be rowing in the same direction.
