I would highly recommend you recant your statement, or at least research more fully, before naming Patriot Scientific in your article. The long story of Patriot is no different than many upstarts with one exception. Most start ups will spend millions on R&D and marketing only to find themselves unable to reach sustainable revenue growth, if any. The trials and tribulations of Patriot couldn’t be any different then the company you noted in the opening paragraph. Patriot Scientific most certainly created, marketed and sold their products. Let me familiarize you with their products; IGNITE I™ Core Family; IGNITE II™ Core Family and INFLAME I™ Processors. PTSC along with its partner, The TPL Group, have successfully licensed many of the technologies they’ve created. Many of the largest technology companies in the world currently hold licenses to use those technologies known as the MMP Portfolio. The last 2 years have been the most profitable in company history. On April 9th there is great reason to believe the company will announce its best quarter ever. We aren’t talking a couple hundred thousand more like tens of millions in revenue. I would highly recommend you research further and make some kind of public statement regarding your misinformation. Let me also point out they appeared 4th in the Deloitte and Touche LLP "Technology Fast 50" for the San Diego area, based on its growth over the past five years. I can understand how good companies get lost amongst the thousands out there. As an investor in the company I am offended by the nature and tone of your article suggesting Patriot to be some kind of scam. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to research their current situation and provide some kind of clarification to your readers. Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXX
