To the editor of CNET:

As the editor of a reputable publication, you have performed a great disservice to your readers by allowing writer Steve Tobak to pen a blog and smear a company about which he knows nothing.

His inclusion of Patriot Scientific in a list of companies that are reputed to " typically raise a few million bucks and then, in agonizing slow-motion, fizzle out of existence." displays his inability to research the very things that he is discussing.

As a shareholder of PTSC stock, which incidentally will be reporting an extremely substantial profit on April 9th, I resent the potential harm he can do with his completely irresponsible blog and as the editor of CNET, you owe it to your readers to have more reliable reporting done.
