If we are speaking in a larger context, I agree that the initial thought of whether to act or not should measured and thoughtful, but once you decide to take action it should be decisive – to do any less would be a waste of time..go strong or don’t go at all..our forefathers knew this quite well - and I am of the opinion that we have become somewhat complacent in this regard in modern history.
