I don't disagree at all that's why I said:

 

"I expect the most prominent part of his presentation will be the title "Confessions of a Patent Troll". "

 

He wants to ruffle feathers and it looks like it's already started.  I wasn't for his appointment initially and wasn't disappointed to see him go.  His conference title only validates what I suspected/advocated all along, his field of expertise is "Print Media" not CEO.
