Just curious, did you get a reply from your SEC contact?
After yesterday, I wish PTSC would give Swarts $1.00/share to retire all his current holdings, he’s killing us. I’m convinced that’s what we saw in yesterdays trading. If new blood comes in they’ll quickly jump ship when the market dipping suddenly like that, especially an OTC stock. People are just too lazy to do some DD and figure out what’s really going on anymore. Some would say share holders can't control a Swartz situation, but it's simple don't sell! At the very least PTSC should buy some kind of agreement with Swartz to stop or limit this nonsense. Then maybe we could get to a larger market. The way he’s doing us is stark evidence of poor forward thinking by some past PTSC officers. I hope deals going forward are done a bit more intelligently.
