Indeed, however many of the more shortsighted shareholders (traders) may be looking ahead and prognosticating about what the 4th qtr will bring, and those results may have a hard time matching Q3 because of the J settlements (who really knows of course at this juncture). Thus I would suggest that the company be ready to buy substantial amounts of shares in the days after 4/9/08, as warranted etc....
