Looking at the Memos

It occurs to me that PTSC is prepping for an appeal. Why they didn`t have Carlton Johnson file the memo is a mystery. Looks like they have opened themselves up to the very real possibility of the judge once again acceding to T & T`s wishes by issuing a sanction against PTSC.
